While creating the platform for in-depth discussions among intelligent peers, WYMA sparks the Wymakers to proactively search for solutions in addressing issues within the mental health area. In their working experiences, Wymakers are benefited in team collaborations, communication skills, creativity, and leadership, which are essential skills that prepare them towards more challenging future undertakings in career. With routine support group seminars, the Wymakers also find the inspiring peers within working groups guiding their own life.

Develop and facilitate external cooperation strategies to expand WYMA’s audiences and partners.

Work directly with clients in programs including Peer Guiding, Mailbox, and WYMACare.
Provide technological support for WYMA’s service and improve users’ experiences.
Support & Services Development
Develop and improve services and products for future clients who come from different background through research.
Engage in psychology research with mentors and peers and investigate on topics about mental health.

Find, grow, and support the people who make WYMA great.
Manage and track projects and build bridge of communication between departments.
